Professional Focus
With compassion and care, I work with people to enter a path of self discovery in which one begins to identify, understand, and transform old patterns into new behaviors and ways of being in the world. Through this process, one can move into more positive and loving relationships with oneself and others, develop inner peace, deepen into one's true spirit and essence, and feel more awake and joyfully alive.
I work with a holistic integration of one's mental, emotional, physical and spiritual aspects of self. Modalities include exploring family of origin patterns and conditioning, psychodynamic psychotherapy, Hakomi Somatic psychotherapy, Archetypal Pattern Analysis, Jungian dream and unconscious interpretation, EMDR, Thought Field Therapy, Spiritual Growth Mentoring, and learning mindfulness in one's life.
